What is My Purrfect Gift Box?
My Purrfect Gift Box is the UK's first subscription style box curated especially for cat lovers. We deliver the unique cat-themed items you love directly to your door each month.
What is a 'subscription box'?
When you subscribe to My Purrfect Gift Box, it means you sign up to receive a surprise gift filled box with the cat-themed items you love each month. We bill you based on the billing cycle you choose and voila! you get a carefully curated box of purrfect gifts each month! If you chose a month-to-month cycle we will automatically bill you each moth. If you choose a 3-month billing cycle, you will be billed every 3 months. If you choose a 6-month billing cycle, you will be billed every 6 months. This will continue until you decide to cancel your subscription.
What comes in a My Purrfect Gift Box?
The contents of the boxes are always a surprise! But you can count on us finding unique items all with a cat-theme. Items may include home decor, fashion accessories, beauty products, artwork, stationery and office supplies and so much more!
What is the cost?
The Purrfect Gift Box comes in two sizes (with or without cat gifts) and can be purchased for various subscription lengths. To find out the cost for your preferred box and billing cycle, click on GET YOUR BOX buttons. My Purrfect Gift Box reserves the right to change the price of the boxes but will give current subscribers written notice of any changes. Subscribers who do not agree to any pricing changes can cancel their subscription at any time.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Of course! The My Purrfect Gift Box makes a fabulous gift for the cat lovers in your life. You can purchase a 1 time box in our shop or even better, purchase a 3 or 6 months subscription as a gift.
To purchase as a gift, click the "Give as a Gift" on the Check Out page. You can then write a message to the recipient that we will hand copy and lovingly place in your receipients box. You can decide if you want the Gift Subscription to automatically renew or not.
Can I make a One-Time Purchase?
Absolutely! You can purchase the latest version of My Purrfect Gift Box for a one-time price with no recurring subscription. You can also choose to purchase a box with 4-5 gifts from the shop. You can choose to add gifts for kitty too to your one time purchase. Click on SHOP to purchase.
Are My Purrfect Gift Boxes only for Cat Ladies?
While we know there are many men out there that are just fanatical about cats, at this point in time most of the gifts in a My Purrfect Gift Box will suit CatL adies. If however we get enough Cat Men interested, we certainly will start a box just for you!!! Let us know at [email protected]
What about shipping..is it included in the cost?
Shipping & packaging IS INCLUDED in the price of your subscription for our UK subscribers.
Our international subscribers (those living outside of the UK) will pay a Shipping charge in addition to their monthly fee. Shipping charges may change without notice..
Current shipping charges are as follows:
£9.25/month for Ireland and European EU Countries
£14/month for the United States, Canada and Australia
At the moment, we do not ship to any other locations. If you live outside of these areas and would like to order a box, please email us at [email protected] BEFORE ordering.
You will be responsible for any Customs and Taxes incurred in your home country when shipping internationally.
When will I be billed and when can I expect my box to arrive?
You will be billed immediately upon subscribing for your first box. After that, you will be billed with our regular billing schedule which falls on the 5th of each month.
Shipping for that months box is between the 20th - 25th of each month. We ship all boxes first class so you should receive your box within 3-5 days of shipping (longer if you are located outside the UK). We are not responsible for a box that is delayed in Customs for our International subscribers.
If you are missing a box, please contact us at [email protected] If the missing box is due to the postal service, we will normally replace your box. If th3 missing box is due to an incorrect address being given at the time of purchasing or subscribing, we can resend a returned box however the buyer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
What if I don't like something in the box? Can I return it?
We do not accept any returns or refunds for items within a box unless they are damaged in shipping. Although we hope you absolutely love everything in your box, we understand you might already have something that we send you (after all...you do love to purchase cat themed items!). If you don't happen to like something or already have one of the gifts, the items are almost always packaged in a way that you can re-gift an item to another cat-lover.
You can return a box in full if the box is returned to us in its original condition and all items are intact and not used (by humans or cats). The purchaser is fully responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning the entire box or items damaged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
While we hope you are always happy with the My Purrfect Gift Box, if you wish to cancel, the process is simple. Just log into your account, click the "edit" button under your active subscriptions. Cancel the subscription, then press "change". If you cancel before you are billed, your cancellation will go into effect immediately. If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged and your cancellation will go into effect the next month.
Can I skip a renewal?
Yes. If you would like to skip a renewal, just login to your account. If you signed up as month-to-month, choose Edit your subscription, then Skip a Renewal at the top of that page. Your next renewal will be skipped. If you signed up for a 3-month or 6-month plan, Skip a Renewal will skip the entire next renewal, not just one month.
